Minister of Defense Davit Tonoyan on Tuesday discussed with the command staff the current operative situation on the southern border of Armenia and the respective future courses of action and the issues.

To note, at approximately 10am-10:15am on Tuesday, the Azerbaijani side again violated the ceasefire by way of drones, shelling, and artillery fire at Armenia’s border guard positions located in the southeastern direction, at the junction with Iran, and one of its drones fell in the territory of Armenia.

The Ministry of Defense of Armenia stated that it will have to strike back at the Azerbaijani armed forces.
