Ambassador of Armenia to the United States Varuzhan Nersesyan has tweeted the following:
“Nagorno-Karabakh defense forces captured two foreign terrorist fighters from the battlefield. Turkey and Azerbaijan can no longer hide behind the lies. They are state sponsors of terrorism. #Recognize to protect.”
As reported earlier, the units of the Defense Army of Artsakh have captured two Syrian mercenaries during battles. During questioning, one of them, resident of Ziyadiya village of Jesral Shour region of Idlib Yusuf Alaabet al Haji, said he was promised $2,000 a month to fight against “kafirs” (infidels) and another $100 “bonus” for every beheaded “kafir”.
