A short while ago, the Yerevan court of general jurisdiction declared the detention of member of the Supreme Body of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation-Dashnaktsutyun political party Ishkhan Saghatelyan as unlawful. This is what Saghatelyan’s attorney Lusine Sahakyan reported after exiting the court building.
"What is strange is that Saghatelyan has been summoned to the Special Investigation Service. Both Ishkhan Saghatelyan and Artur Vanetsyan have been summoned to the Special Investigation Service. We’ll find out why they have been summoned,” Lusine Sahakyan and stressed that the courts refused to support the authorities.
