Withdrawal of Nagorno-Karabakh militia from regions controlled by Azerbaijan has slowed down, but continues, despite the worsening weather conditions, a source at the headquarters of the peacekeeping forces told RIA Novosti.

Despite the difficult situation, the withdrawal of the units of the people's militia of Nagorno-Karabakh from the Aghdam, Kelbajar, and Lachin regions is underway, the source added.
