The Nor Shen village of the Shushi region of Karabakh is surrounded by Azerbaijani forces, head of the village David Davtyan told Armenian News - NEWS.am.

According to him, despite the difficult situation, there is the calm situation in the village. Most of the residents have been evacuated. Davtyan himself is in the village.

“Russian peacekeepers have come,” the headman said.
