President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on appointing ‘special representatives of the President in Nagorno-Karabakh, the press service of the President of Azerbaijan reported.
The representation is under the leadership of the President’s special representatives who are appointed or dismissed by the head of state and directly submit to the latter.
