During today’s court hearing on the case of second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan and other ex-officials today, prosecutor Gevorg Baghdasaryan informed that the Prosecutor General’s Office of Armenia hadn’t participated in the discussion on giving Kocharyan permission to leave for Moscow.
“Nobody asked me about that and didn’t give me any order. The Prosecutor General’s Office didn’t participate in the discussion on his departure and arrival,” he added.
