Armenia’s Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan visited the five captives who returned to Armenia from Azerbaijan today and posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Currently, the head of the Department for Human Rights in the Armed Forces of the Office of the Human Rights Defender, a nurse and I are at the hospital to examine the health conditions of the five captives who have returned to Armenia from Azerbaijan and to carry out other necessary operations.”

Today five captives returned to Armenia through the mediation of the Russian side and the efforts of the National Security Service of Armenia.
