The opposition leaders have not met yet, they were expecting Armenia second president Robert Kocharyan to return from Moscow for about a week.
And now the meeting is hindered by the absence of the opposition MP Gagik Tsarukyan: he will leave for Moscow for several days, Hraparak newspaper reported.
After the meeting, everyone will start organizing the rally on February 20, in which the leader of Prosperous Armenia is expected to take part.
