Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ara Aivazian on Saturday had a telephone conversation with Iran’s Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif.
The FMs exchanged views on issues on the bilateral agenda. Satisfaction was expressed with regard to the dynamics of the development of Armenian-Iranian relations, and mutual readiness was reaffirmed in connection with further strengthening these relations.
The interlocutors touched upon regional security and stability issues, too. In this connection, they highlighted the role of coordinated cooperation in addressing new regional challenges.
