YEREVAN. – A total of 628 persons, including high-ranking officers, have been included as defendants in more than 1,580 criminal cases under investigation for apparent crimes aimed against the defense capability and military service of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and Armenia's in connection with Azerbaijan's recent war waged against Artsakh and Armenia.
