Zaynetdinov recalled that CSTO Deputy Secretary-General Valery Semerikov yesterday declared that the situation on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border requires urgent measures and first and foremost political and diplomatic measures, as well as the conduct of demarcation and delineation in the particular sector of the border.
