Russian President Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to Armenian Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on his birthday. The message reads as follows, in particular:
"Relations between Russia and Armenia are developing very successfully. I am confident that through joint efforts we will further strengthen—as much as possible—bilateral allied relations—in favor of our friendly peoples, for the benefit of strengthening peace, security and stability in the Transcaucasian region."
