Tigran Avinyan, Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia substituting for the acting Prime Minister, signed decisions on dismissing Kajayr Nikoghosyan from the position of Deputy Governor of Lori Province and appointing him Mayor of Spitak of Lori Province.

Former deputy of the National Assembly, member of the Republican Party of Armenia Hovhannes Sahakyan’s brother had been the mayor of Spitak for many years.
