President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian signed the decisions on appointing a Deputy Prime Minister and three ministers.

By the presidential decrees, Suren Papikyan has been appointed Deputy Prime Minister, while Arshak Karapetyan, Narek Mkrtchyan and Romanos Petrosyan have been appointed Minister of Defense, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs and Minister of Environment, respectively.
