Azerbaijan's Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev has begun the process of "holding accountable” the foreign companies that operate in Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh). He wrote about this in his article published in the Azerbaijani press.
"Operative-investigative measures are being taken to hold accountable the foreign companies engaged in illegal business in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan," Aliyev wrote, in particular.
The article added that the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan "is working to assess the damage to the settlements, historical, religious and cultural monuments, and other property caused by Armenian vandalism, and to petition to international courts [in this regard]."
