The International Court of Justice will hold public verbal hearings on the mediation of Armenia to apply intermediate measures in the case of “Armenia v. Azerbaijan”—and based on the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
The hearings are scheduled for October 14 and 15.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, however, the hearings will be conducted remotely.
