The situation at the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia became tense.

In his address Artur Hovhannisyan, an MP from the majority “Civil Contract” Faction, called the opposition "revanchist forces."

"What do you mean ‘revanchist?’" responded Seyran Ohanyan, the head of the opposition "Armenia" Faction in the NA and former defense minister of Armenia, from his seat.

Subsequently, the other lawmakers also started speaking from their seats.

Then, parliament vice speaker Hakob Arshakyan, who is chairing this NA session, called for calm, and asked the MPs to no longer respond from their seats.
