According to Hraparak.am’s information, last Saturday, the chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Armenia, Artak Davtyan, was charged under the criminal case on "low-quality missiles," but no pretrial measure was chosen against him.

The charge was brought at the same time as the Azerbaijani side’s set up customs checkpoints on the roads of several villages of Kapan city, and therefore the Armenian authorities will try to “shut” Davtyan’s “mouth” with this charge so that he obediently carry out all the instructions related to the agreements reached with Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev.

In particular, now former Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan had not agreed with the authorities Sunday to allow the Azerbaijanis to move freely in the Armenian territory, and for this reason he submitted a letter of resignation.

Artak Davtyan appeared in the target. They set a condition before him: "Either you carry out our orders in connection with not to disturb the Azerbaijanis, or you are arrested."

The Armenian law enforcement bodies, by the order of the ruling force, do their best not to make the matter of bringing charges against Davtyan public. Moreover, the investigative body has found itself in a deadlock in this criminal case, as all the claims by the General Staff were substantiated that the missiles were of high quality and there was truly a need to buy them.
