Prime Minister Scott Morrison has renewed his call for Australians in Ukraine to leave the country as soon as possible, skynews.com.au reported.

“It has been our clear message for some time now that Australians in Ukraine should be seeking to get out of the country,” Morrison said.

“Now there are many Ukrainians, Australians of Ukrainian descent and joint citizens with Ukraine who are living there, and they’ll make their own decisions.

“We respect their decisions, but our advice to them is very clear; this is a very dangerous situation, and for your own safety, you should seek to make your way out of Ukraine.”

To note, more than a dozen countries have urged their citizens to leave Ukraine.
