The issue of terminating diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Russia will be considered, said President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a press conference with President of Estonia Alar Karis in Kiev, Ukrinform reports.
"I received a request from the Foreign Ministry to consider the issue of breaking diplomatic relations between Ukraine and the Russian Federation," he noted.
