ANKARA. – The roof of Esenboga airport collapsed due to a heavy rainfall in Ankara.

The roof over an area between the terminals of local and international flights collapsed. In addition, electricity was cut in some areas of the airport, Milliyet newspaper reports.

Drainage works immediately began at the airport.
