Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar arrived in Baku with a previously unannounced visit, report.az reported.

The Turkish delegation included Chief of General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces Yasar Guler. Negotiations between the heads of the Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan and Turkey have already been held.
