"The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry has spread misinformation for the second time during the day, this time claiming that on October 10 Armenian Armed Forces units opened fire from small arms in the direction of Azerbaijani military positions located in the northeast and eastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border," the Armenian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
