OSCE sends mission to Armenia to assess situation on Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
"At the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the OSCE will send a needs assessment team to Armenia from October 21-27.
The purpose of the team's visit is to assess the situation in certain border areas in accordance with the OSCE's mandate and experience and within the framework of its comprehensive security concept.
The technical team, consisting of international experts and representatives of the OSCE Secretariat, will visit areas along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and hold consultations with relevant national and local stakeholders, as well as international partners on the ground," the organization said.
