Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Baku should demand "compensation" from Yerevan for Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression against Artsakh.

During a meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Jrakan, Erdogan said that the OSCE and the EU are not organizing visits to "liberated territories." "The reason is simple. They do not want to see the consequences of their inaction, to see the results of what the West has done... This issue should be raised in the court in The Hague and demand compensation. We need to nail them to the wall on this issue. The world community must see their face. We must show their true face to the world," Erdogan was quoted by Anadolu Agency as saying.

He also touched on the normalization of relations with Armenia. "The processes of normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as Turkey and Armenia, are continuing, supporting each other. It is very important to take full advantage of this chance," Erdogan noted.
