Seoul authorities have received more than 3,700 missing persons reports after a crush in Itaewon that killed more than 150 people, Ryeonhap news agency reported.

At least 151 people died and 82 others were injured in the crush in the area known for Halloween parties in Itaewon. Among the dead were 19 foreigners, including three Russians. The dead included 97 women and 54 men. Most of the victims were between 18 and 30 years old. According to police, they identified 140 people. President of South Korea Yoon Suk-yeol declared national mourning in connection with the tragedy.

As of 3 p.m., authorities had already received 3,757 reports of missing citizens.
