Russian and Belarusian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko held a telephone conversation to discuss, among other things, the upcoming CSTO meeting.

"Lukashenko and Putin talked on the phone the night before. What the presidents discussed: issues of the upcoming CSTO meeting; Belarusian-Russian relations with a focus on trade and economic cooperation; the schedule of meetings until the end of this year," the report says.

The next meeting of the CSTO will be held in November in Yerevan.
