Armenia has submitted a proposal to the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) regarding giving up its quota of the Deputy Secretary General of this organization. This information was disclosed by Vahan Hunanyan, the spokesperson of the Armenian foreign ministry, in an interview with Armenian News-NEWS.am.
