The seismological network of Armenia on Tuesday recorded an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3 at the Iran-Turkey border zone, at 2:31pm local time, 7 kilometers northeast of Maku, Iran, and at a depth of 10 kilometers.
The tremor measured magnitude 5 to 6 at the epicenter, the Rescue Service of Armenia informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The seismic activity was felt also in Armenia's capital Yerevan and Ararat Province.
