Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan, together with other high-ranking officials of Artsakh, on Monday visited the Stepanakert Memorial Complex on the 108th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
Also, Harutyunyan laid a wreath to the monument perpetuating the innocent victims of this genocide, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned from the office of the President of Artsakh.
