At around 1pm Thursday, the armed forces of Azerbaijan violated the ceasefire in the direction of Martakert region of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh)—and by using small arms.
As a result, Artsakh Defense Army contract soldier Mher Hakobyan was wounded, the Artsakh Ministry of Defense press service informed.
This violation of the ceasefire by the Azerbaijani army and the wounding of the aforesaid serviceman were reported to the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Artsakh.
