President Vahagn Khachaturyan of Armenia on Thursday visited the residence of Ambassador Kristina Kvien of the United States (US), ahead of the latter’s Independence Day anniversary.
Khachaturyan congratulated Kvien, the US Embassy Staff, and the people of the United States on this National Day, and wished them success, the Armenian President’s office informs.
The President emphasized the importance of US support in the implementation of democratic reforms in Armenia and the latter’s development following its independence in 1991.
During the discussion, views were exchanged on the current agenda of Armenian-American relations, and the consistent development of multi-level cooperation.
