Within the framework of measures to prepare the information grounds for another provocation, the Ministry of Defense (MoD) of Azerbaijan continues to consistently release videos and statements that do not have anything to do with reality, the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) MoD press service noted in a statement which the Artsakh Defense Army has disseminated.

The latest Azerbaijan MoD statement claims that "strengthening" of Armenian positions was observed Friday, medical vehicles accompanied by Russian peacekeepers in Artsakh were used in order to transport anti-personnel and anti-tank landmines, weapons and explosives, as well as radio electronic warfare means, which were allegedly intended to obstruct the operation of civilian aircraft.

"The statement by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan and the disseminated video are utter falsehood and disinformation," added the press service of Artsakh MoD.
