make preferableToday, on September 10, a special meeting was convened at the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, where the inauguration ceremony of newly elected President Samvel Shahramanyan took place.
As Artsakhpress reports, 30 Parliament Members took part in the meeting.
The newly elected president took the oath of office on the Constitution and the 17th century Gospel Book. The national anthem of the Republic of Artsakh was played.
Then Father Minas Movsisyan said a word of blessing.
Acting Vice Speaker of the Artsakh National Assembly Gagik Bagunts congratulated Samvel Shahramanyan on behalf of the parliament.
Three presidents of Artsakh were also present: Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, as well as the representatives of the executive branch.
