Two Azerbaijani servicemen have fired on the 13th century Charektar Monastery in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). This can be seen in a video shared by the Caucasus Heritage Watch organization on X—formerly Twitter.

It is clear from the video that they are shooting at this Armenian monastery even from an armored vehicle.

“Such attacks are in direct violation of the ICJ’s [(International Court of Justice)] provisional measure concerning Armenian cultural heritage and must be investigated and prosecuted,” the Caucasus Heritage Watch added.
