Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan will not participate in the meeting of the Council of Defense Ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) to be held Thursday in Minsk, the capital of Belarus.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia, Aram Torosyan, stated this in response to the question by the RFE/RL Armenian Service.

And as it became known a while ago, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will not attend the meeting of the CSTO foreign ministers to be held on the eve of the CSTO summit.
