The interstate petition submitted by Armenia against Azerbaijan in the ECtHR will be supplemented by including the matter of restoring the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) residents’ rights to property. This was informed by Hasmik Samvelyan, press officer of the office of the representative of Armenia on international legal matters.
Samvelyan noted that this lawsuit will be filed in the near future, but she could not say an exact date.
