On 30 November, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Grushko took part in a regular working meeting of representatives of the Collective Security Treaty Organization member countries in Skopje ahead of the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting.

According to the Russian Foreign Ministry, the sides reconciled their approaches to key problems on the OSCE agenda.

It was agreed to intensify co-operation on Vienna and other international platforms.
