Armenia and international mediators are to blame for Azerbaijan's September terrorism against the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh. Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov made a statement to this effect at the meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council, Azerbaijani media report.

He accused Armenia of "indifference" and "trying to gain time for revenge," and the mediators—of "biased approach."

Moreover, according to Bayramov, the time has come to take advantage of the opportunity to establish peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Let's remind that on September 19, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire along the entire line of contact—and using all types of weapons. As a result of this military aggression of Azerbaijan, hundreds of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians were killed, including civilians. And after this large-scale military aggression of Azerbaijan, the residents of Nagorno-Karabakh—more than 100 thousand Armenians—had to leave Nagorno-Karabakh, not wanting to stay there, considering the threats from Azerbaijan.
