Armenia and Azerbaijan have not yet discussed the matter of restoring the natural gas pipelines. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia in response to Sputnik Armenia's inquiry.

In October 2023, Armenia's Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Hakob Vardanyan, had announced that if political matters were resolved, Armenia was ready to restore the natural gas pipelines coming from Azerbaijan.

"We inform that there has been no discussion with the Azerbaijani side in this regard," the answer said.

As for the calculations of the cost of these restorations, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of Armenia informs that this matter is subject to discussion.
