A few minutes after taking off, the flight en route from Kutaisi, Georgia, to Barcelona, Spain returned to Kutaisi International Airport, the latter informed.
"The reason is the information provided by the airline about the possible presence of explosives on the plane. The [flight] crew decided to return to Kutaisi airport. All relevant services are working on location," added the airport.
