Armenia's position on the country's withdrawal from the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has not yet been clarified. This was announced by Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov, RIA Novosti reported.

"No, so far there is no clarity. Here we have quite frequent contacts with Armenian colleagues. Of course, we will find out. If we proceed from the relevant documents, such a regime does not exist in terms of CSTO. We will communicate, we will find out," the Kremlin spokesperson told reporters.

In an interview with France 24 television last week, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan had said that the Collective Security Treaty had not been implemented in relation to Armenia, and therefore Yerevan has frozen its participation in the CSTO.
