"Extremely brutal Russian attack against Kharkiv and Lyubotin - according to preliminary data, 15 missiles at once. Unfortunately, there are killed and injured. Emergency services are already at the hit sites, and each injured person will be given the necessary assistance," Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

The Ukrainian president emphasized that such shelling was possible because Ukraine still lacks the necessary air defense equipment and a reliable ability to destroy Russian launchers where they are located - near the Ukrainian borders.

"Terror must lose everywhere - in any conditions, on any continent. And this is our common responsibility - everyone in the world who has the ability to defend life from terror. Ukraine is doing everything it can. Thank you to everyone who is helping us. But we need more determination. And it is from world leaders," - wrote Zelensky in his Telegram channel.
