STEPANAKERT. – Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) President Bako Sahakyan received Tuesday Armenia’s Defense Minister, Seyran Ohanyan.

During the meeting they discussed issues related to army building.

The interlocutors also noted that cooperation in this domain, between Armenia and NKR, is a crucial precondition for maintaining stability in the region, Central Information Department of the Office of NKR President informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
