YEREVAN. – Department of State Interests’ Protection at the Armenian Attorney General’s Office instigated criminal proceedings against a private company for cheating. 

Leader Mobile Company allocated money from Byuzand Street residents in Yerevan downtown based on the agreement concluded between the Company and the Yerevan city hall in 2007, the Office press service informs Armenian News-NEWS.am. The Company concluded contracts with the residents assuming obligations for building and providing apartments in 36 months. However, it later pawned the allocated AMD 380,809,204 property in the Converse Bank, received money and used for personal needs. 

Criminal case is instigated for cheating.
