KARS. – Turkish President Abdullah Gul followed the Armed Forces’ “Winter 2012” military exercises in Kars. 

Together with President Gul, Turkish senior officials and high-ranking military officers also followed the military drills, which were held at the base of Mt. Akbaba, Hurriyet daily of Turkey informs. 

A total of 2,177 Turkish military personnel, as well as armored equipment and the Air Force took part in the three-day exercises.
