YEREVAN. – Chairman Artak Shaboyan of the Armenian State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition (ASCPEC) will be on formal vacation, between April 3 and May 6, to carry out political party-parliamentary election activities, Shaboyan himself told Armenian News-NEWS.am. 

Artak Shaboyan is a member of the ruling coalition’s Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) and is 79th in the Party’s proportional election list. 

“During my vacation I will completely indulge in party activities [and] take part in the pre-election campaign, but all through that time the Commission will continue its regular activities,” Shaboyan said.  

ASCPEC Chairman stressed that the publicity of the Commission’s activities will once again increase following the elections.   

Artak Shaboyan informed that he will partake in RPA Campaign Headquarters’ activities and carry out general pre-election work.
