YEREVAN. – The winter session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will open in Strasbourg on January 22, Zhamanak newspaper writes on Thursday.

“According to our sources, President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan will deliver a speech during the plenary session. It is hard to say whether it will be a farewell speech or it will mark the new start of his rule, this time as a prime minister,” Zhamank writes.
