YEREVAN. – Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: Since Monday, the SIS [Special Investigation Service] has begun to legally wiretap [Constitutional Court president Hrayr] Tovmasyan's calls, and has seized the transcripts of his former phone calls from the relevant mobile operator.
